Return Policy Overview
At Tradex UAE, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or business requirements. Our return policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fair business practices for both buyers and sellers in our B2B marketplace.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for most products
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
All original tags, labels, and documentation must be included
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our customer support team within the return window to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. This number is required for all returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package the items in their original packaging and ship them to our returns facility using the provided RMA number.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized products made to order
• Perishable goods, food items, or products with expiration dates
• Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content
• Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
